About

retina_Lisa_He.jpg

As a designer, what I find most enjoyable and fulfilling is the process of transforming the client's vision and needs into realistic programmatic concepts. Additionally, being a NCIDQ-certified designer means that I help to ensure work processes and design solutions adhere to the latest building and life safety codes, ADA standards, and universal design principles.

As a self-proclaimed environmentalist (who dreams of driving an electric car) and LEED Green Associate, I constantly keep my eyes peeled for new ways of incorporating sustainable design and solutions into my daily work and life. In 2021, to take my LEED knowledge one step further, I enrolled in a LEED BD+C Project Management course with GBES and learnt the finer details of the LEED process, which I am eager to apply to real world projects.

Currently, I'm on a hunt for opportunities to join architecture and design firms with environmental goals that are similarly aligned with my own. In doing so, I become part of a quietly growing movement-climate quitting. It's real, look it up!
